Every generation has events that define the people of that generation. These events shape people’s perspectives on life, how they interact with the world, and how they choose to live. Whether it was WWII, the Civil Rights Movement, financial recessions, or a global pandemic, these events mold who we are as individuals. The Millennial generation is no different when it comes to these events that happened during their formative years.
But what the Millennial generation has experienced something that is unlike any previous generation. Not only have Millennials had significant events, but they have been experiencing a movement throughout their lifetime. This movement has dramatically changed this generation and has affected how they view and interact with the world.
